Do I need to remove paper clips or staples from my documents before shredding?
No, you do not need to remove paper clips or staples. After shredding, the paper goes to a recycling plant where any metal is removed before it's turned into new paper products.
What happens to the shredded paper once the job is complete?
All shredded paper is 100% recycled and repurposed into new paper materials.
Will I need to unload the paper documents from my vehicle myself?
Staff and volunteers will be on hand to assist with unloading.
