The Roanoke Community Center is available to the public for rental, as well as used for City of Roanoke camps, classes and senior activities. Availability and Making Reservations

Availability & Reservations

The Community Center is available for your next event.  All reservations will be scheduled and arranged through the Roanoke Community/Senior Center on a first come, first served basis. Reservations require a $500 deposit. Reservations and tours may be scheduled during office hours. To schedule your reservation and/or tour please call 817-491-6060.

Rental Rates

Roanoke Resident Rate

  • $200 Half Day
  • $400 Full Day

Non-Resident Rate

  • $300 Half Day
  • $600 Full Day 
In order to receive a residency rate, lessee must show proof of residency with a current City of Roanoke water bill and drivers license.  All forms of identification must have the same name and address.   

Deposit

  • A $500 deposit is required for all reservations.  
  • A deposit is not a payment towards the rental fee.
  • A deposit refund is dependent upon the condition of the Community Center, and return of keys. Once approved by the Center manager, deposits will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days.

Rental Payments


Payments may be made via credit card, cash, money order or check. Checks and money orders must be made payable to City of Roanoke. Payment may not be made over the phone. Final payment and key pick up must occur the week of the rental.

Rules

  • Maximum capacity - 150
  • No alcoholic beverages on city premises at any time.
  • No smoking in the building.
