Requests for Accommodation & Modification:
To request an accommodation, auxiliary aid, or modification, please complete the ADA Accessibility Support and Feedback Form. Whenever possible, requests should be submitted at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled event or activity. A PDF version of this form is available upon request to the ADA/504 Coordinator.
Accommodations may include:
Effective Communication: Upon request, the City will provide appropriate aids and services to ensure effective communication and full participation for individuals with speech, hearing, or vision disabilities. These can include, but are not limited to:
- Qualified interpreters
- Assistive listening devices
- Large-print materials
Modifications to Policies and Procedures
The City will make reasonable modifications to policies and practices to ensure equal access to services. The City is not required to make changes that would cause undue financial or administrative hardship or fundamentally alter the nature of a service. No surcharges will be imposed for providing reasonable accommodations.
